By submitting the information above you agree to the following terms and conditions of purchase. K9 Media Ltd will use your information for administration, credit checking and analysis purposes only and any information you supply will be respected under K9 Media Ltd’s obligations to the Data Protection Act.

K9 Media Ltd will charge interest under section 69 of the County Courts Act 1984 at the rate of 8% per day on debts which are un-settled within the agreed payment period as stated above.

It is the client’s responsibility at all times to request a copy of K9 Media’s full terms of business/advert acceptance policy.

Design & Orientation: It is the client’s responsibility to provide artwork in agreed format plus any copy/editorial required to fulfil the booking as described above within the agreed timescale. Any artwork produced by K9 Media or a K9 Media representative will remain the copyright of K9 Media at all times unless otherwise agreed in writing.

ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A CANCELLATION FEE OF 25% OF THE GROSS ADVERT/CAMPAIGN COST. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING 10 WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO COPY DEADLINE. ADVERTS CANCELLED AFTER THIS PERIOD WILL BE INVOICED IN FULL. PAYMENT IS DUE 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF BOOKING OR IMMEDIATELY UPON PUBLICATION OF YOUR FIRST ADVERT DEPENDING ON WHICH DATE FALLS FIRST.

We are primarily a digital media company. As such, delivery of products is provided via electronic transfer. Should you need to contact us regarding delivery status of an electronic or media product, please email: admin@totalpetpublishing.com stating providing details of your order and your receipt number.
